Would you like to travel with your loved ones to the edge of space on Spaceship Neptune?<\/h3>\n

A new form of space tourism has been announced!<\/p>\n

Startup company SPACE PERSPECTIVE has announced plans for a “stratospheric travel” experience using a high-performance balloon and pressurized capsule named “Spaceship Neptune”.<\/p>\n

\u203bfrom Space Perspective<\/p>\n

Spaceship Neptune can carry up to 8 passengers, excluding the pilot, and has a flight time of approximately 6 hours. After a 2-hour ascent to an altitude of 100,000 feet above ground level, passengers can fly over the Earth for up to 2 hours. The target altitude is approximately three times higher than the cruising altitude of long-distance international flights, which is roughly 33,000 feet.<\/p>\n

Inside the pressurized capsule, passengers don’t need to wear spacesuits and can spend their time in casual clothes. The capsule is equipped with a snack bar and washroom facilities. SPACE PERSPECTIVE also encourages passengers to bring cameras and smartphones to capture and share their experiences on social media.<\/p>\n

The 6-hour trip will include approximately 2 hours of stratospheric flight, followed by a 2-hour descent back to the Earth, where the capsule will land on the ocean surface. Passengers will then be transported back to port by boat.<\/p>\n
