Participating in a Space-related Tour in the United States – Part 1
Space Tourist Conference/Space X Launch/NASA
Our company representative, Chieko Takahashi, recently attended the International Space Tourist Conference held in Los Angeles, USA.
The highlight of the event was undoubtedly the talk session by Sharon Hagle, who established SpaceKids Global, an organization dedicated to STEAM education, and participated in the fourth manned space travel aboard Blue Origin’s New Shepard.
She passionately and humorously shared her firsthand experience of space travel.

Afterward, the group traveled to Florida and had the incredible luck to witness the launch of SpaceX’s Falcon Heavy!
It was truly fortunate to have the opportunity to witness it live. Both the launch and the landing were successful. Two of the boosters were able to land and be reused, making it an environmentally friendly and cost-effective rocket.
There was no time to leisurely enjoy the beaches of Florida. The next day, they visited NASA.
It was a space-like environment resembling a theme park, and they thoroughly enjoyed the space atmosphere.

Since we are planning to conduct related tours as part of our Space Flight Attendant training, participating in ASTRAX’s tour this time was a significant achievement and learning experience for us.
To be continued in Part 2.
